Encontré una solución a este problema que ya implemente en mi sitio
Los pasos son estos:
1º Abrir el archivo
robot.txt y habilitar la indexación del bot de google images
2º Agregar en el archivo
.htacces los sitios habilitados para ver tus imagenes, ademas de tu sitio por supuesto
los que yo agregue son: google, la cache de google y bing:
Código: Seleccionar todo
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !google\. [NC]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !search\?q=cache [NC]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !bing\. [NC]
El código completo para prevenir el hotlinking y que los buscadores de imágenes las indexen, quedaria como este:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^$
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://(.+\.)?mysite\.com/ [NC]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !google\. [NC]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !search\?q=cache [NC]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !bing\. [NC]
RewriteRule .*\.(jpe?g|gif|bmp|png)$ http://img249.imageshack.us/img249/2806/hotlink.gif [L]
Con esto ya tendría que funcionar.
